We are proud to announce, Erika Shudlick from Balsam Lake, WI

Name: Erika Shudlick

Currently resides in:  Balsam Lake, WI

Q: What city/state were you born and raised in?

A: Rice Lake, WI

Q: What is your earliest memory of being a Packer fan?

A: September 20th, 1992. Brett Favre came in for Majik when he got hurt, and I was hooked on Packer football!!

Q: Do you catch a lot of slack reppin’ the Pack in Minnesota? How are you able to overcome that?

A: Yes!! LOL…a good story…I helped a member the other day and she made a sarcastic comment about my Packer lanyard. “OOOH, you’re a Packer fan…” I said, “Why yes I am…love my Packers!!” When I finished helping her she stood up and said, “SKOL Vikings” I laughed and said “Yep…Still Keep On Losing!!!” LOL!

Q: How did you become such a huge Packer Fan?

A: Honestly, my love for the Packers started during the Favre era. That man and the team were just such a thrill to watch!! I would find myself screaming at the tv….cause we think they can hear us ya know….when Favre would throw one of his many interceptions!! When I got a good job and started going to games was like out of this world for me!!! When I go to Lambeau…..my adrenaline is just pumping…..the atmosphere at Lambeau is like no other stadium that I’ve been to. It starts with the BEST TAILGATE…LOT 1 baby!!! And inside the stadium…Go Pack Go chants…..Roll Out The Barrel….and of course my favorite…JUMP AROUND!!! I’m a DHPF FOR LIFE!!!

Q: You seem to have an enormous love for the outdoors. How did that evolve?

A:  When I was growing up, my boy cousins and I would always ride a dirt bike and 3 wheelers!! We’d be out from dawn to dusk riding and usually came home full of mud!! We would also fish behind my cousins’ house in the creek. I would come home soaked cause I would occasionally get too close and fall in…LOL. Now that I’m older, not much has changed!! I love riding ATV and going through the mud puddles!! We live on the lake now and I love fishing more and more every day!!

Q: How many Packer games do you try to attend a year?

A: I try to make it to all the home games (when work permits it) and usually a couple of away games as well!!

Q: Who is your all-time favorite player?

A: BRETT FAVRE!!!

Q: Who is your favorite player now and why?

A: Aaron Jones. He isn’t a selfish player. He loves his team and comes out every week and plays his heart out!!

Q: Have you met any players past or present? If so, who impacted you the most?

A:  I’ve met a few NFL players over the years…only Ahman Green and James Jones from the Packers. Both are great guys!! I’d say Jones had the most impact on me though. He sure loved playing for the Packers!! James gave us a tour of Lambeau Field that I will remember forever. He brought his 2 boys and played catch with all the kids that were on this tour….very sentimental moment. When we were in the stadium, Jones also helped some kids up to where the Packers do the Lambeau Leap. He’s such a class act man and I will always cherish the memories he created for myself and all those little kids on that tour!!

Q: Do you have any game-day rituals or superstitions?

A: My game day ritual is to stop at the Shell gas station in Shawano on hwy 29!! I will buy beef sticks and the noodle-looking string cheese and get back on the road!!

Q: What would be your most valued piece of memorabilia? (non-monetary)

A: My most valued piece of memorabilia is my framed picture of Bart Starr, Brett Favre, and Aaron Rodgers!! The best of the best of the best QB’s!!! The framed pic also includes all 3 autographs and replica super bowl rings. It’s priceless and I will cherish it forever💚💛.

Q: How did you become so close with the lot 1 family?

A: I went to a Packer vs Viking game at Lambeau many years ago with a good friend of mine and a girl named Jen Rogness. We got to Lot 1 and met her mom Reyne Kasieta….and that was the beginning of how I fell in love with the Lot 1 family!! Everyone was singing and dancing (in the back of the truck)….it became my home away from home!!! Scotty, Justin, Steve, Joey T, Matt, Greg, Wayne and so so so many more members of the Lot 1 family have always made everyone feel so welcome when visiting the BEST TAILGATE EVER!!! I love our Lot 1 family and I am thankful to be a part of it!!

Q: Any last words you would like to say to Packer Nation?

A: This is such an honor AND GO PACK GO!!!
